These terms apply to your use of eillon.maison, operated by Eillon Hansen & Kenneth Hansen (CVR 43933485), Copenhagen, Denmark. By using the site, joining a restock or chapter list, or placing a paid Beles restock order, you agree to them.

Website & waitlist

Content on this site is provided for information. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase or reservation. It registers your interest for a restock note when bottles return to the boutique.

We may update waitlist terms, release windows, or availability without prior notice. We will communicate material changes by email where appropriate.

Beles paid restock

Paid restock options are offered only on /beles/preorder when that page states that checkout is open. If it says “opening soon”, its payment buttons remain disabled and no Stripe Checkout Session is created.

• Beles Restock Sample — €60. This is a pre-order contract for one 2 ml Beles discovery vial from the next ready batch. The sample payment is credited in full toward an eligible 50 ml or 100 ml Beles bottle. You may cancel for a refund before dispatch.
• Beles Bottle Reservation — €90 deposit. This secures a private opportunity to complete one 50 ml or 100 ml Beles purchase. The deposit is credited in full and is refundable before shipment. If it has already been applied to a final bottle order, cancellation before dispatch includes that €90 amount.
• No full bottle payment today. The final size, remaining balance, dispatch window, and shipping terms are confirmed before a later bottle purchase is requested.

The expected dispatch wording shown on the restock page applies at the moment of payment. The next ready Beles batch dispatches only after batch readiness and final inspection. EILLON does not guarantee a release date unless a dated window is expressly published. If EILLON cannot complete the paid restock order, the amount paid is refunded.

Purchases

A paid restock order is recorded after Stripe confirms payment and the signed webhook is accepted by EILLON. When full bottles are later offered for sale, individual order terms — including final price, shipping, engraving, and delivery — are confirmed before the remaining payment is requested. A separate full-bottle contract is formed only when that later order is accepted.

The paid restock amount displayed before checkout must match the amount shown by Stripe. Do not complete payment if those amounts differ; close Checkout and contact EILLON. Later full-bottle prices are confirmed before that separate purchase.

Shipping & returns

When bottles are offered for sale, shipping regions, costs, and return terms are confirmed in your order email and published on our shipping page at the time of purchase. Unopened orders may be returned within 30 days where stated in your order confirmation. Engraved or made-to-order pieces may be final sale. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer cancellation, conformity, or guarantee rights.

Sample credit

The €60 Beles restock sample payment is credited in full toward one 50 ml or 100 ml Beles bottle purchased within 30 days after sample dispatch. The credit applies once to that restock and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All text, imagery, bottle design, and branding on this site belong to EILLON and may not be reproduced without permission.
